Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These Terms cover your use of Webinars.to and every plan we sell. They are written to be read: each offer term shown at checkout is set out here in full.

Related: Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The agreement and who we are

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Webinars.to ("Webinars.to", "we", "us"). They apply to the Webinars.to website, studio, hosting, portal and every plan we sell (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Webinars.to is operated by a company being registered for it. Its legal name will appear here, on your receipts and on your card statement before payments open. Until then, the contact details in the Contact section reach us.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • Webinars.to is a business product. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your business or professional work.
  • If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
  • Give accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
  • You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or the country you are in, including trade sanctions and export controls.

3. The Service

Webinars.to helps you create sales webinars and short video ads with AI: it researches the facts you approve, writes scripts, designs slides, produces AI presenter video and, on plans that include it, hosts your webinars with registration, booking and checkout.

  • Delivery. The Service is delivered online. Your plan is available in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.
  • AI output varies. Generated scripts, slides, voices and video are produced by AI models and can contain errors. Review everything before you publish it. You decide what to approve and publish.
  • Availability. We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will not remove a core feature of a plan you have paid for without telling you and offering a fair remedy.

4. Plans, prices and taxes

We sell six plans. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout.

  • Creator plans include the AI webinar studio. Visionary plans add hosting, sales pages, commerce and the CRM.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes. Where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • Price changes. We may change the price of standard plans for new purchases. For an active monthly subscription we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does. Black Friday monthly prices stay locked, as described below.

5. Automatic renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically. When you buy a monthly plan, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file the plan's price, plus any applicable tax, on the same date each month until you cancel.

  • Black Friday monthly plans (Black Friday Creator at $99/month and Black Friday Visionary at $199/month) renew at that same price for as long as the subscription stays active. If it ends, a new subscription is at the price on sale at that time.
  • How to cancel: in your account portal, choose Cancel renewal, or write to hello@webinars.to. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
  • Your receipt and your account show the plan, the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.
  • Lifetime plans are one payment and do not renew.

6. Lifetime plans and allowances

A lifetime plan gives the account that bought it access to its plan for as long as Webinars.to operates the Service, for one payment. It belongs to that account and cannot be transferred or resold.

  • Founder Club · Creator Lifetime ($999 once) includes one new AI webinar each calendar month. A webinar counts toward the month in which its first full render or export completes. Each month's allowance is for that month, and unused months do not roll over.
  • Founder Club · Visionary Lifetime ($1,999 once) includes the same monthly allowance plus hosting for one active webinar at a time.

If we ever stop operating the Service, we will give lifetime customers at least 90 days' notice and the ability to download the finished webinars they created.

7. Credits for extra usage

When you want more than your plan includes, such as additional AI webinars, renders, exports, AI presenter minutes or hosted webinars, you can buy credits. The credit price and what each credit covers are shown in your account before you buy. Credits are used as you use the features they pay for, have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable once used.

8. What is live and what is rolling out

Webinars.to is launching in stages. Here is what is live today and the target date for each feature still rolling out. Rolling-out features are included in your plan when they are released. Dates are targets: we work to meet them and update this page if one moves.

9. Black Friday offer and deadline

The Black Friday plans (Founder Club · Visionary Lifetime, Founder Club · Creator Lifetime, Black Friday Visionary and Black Friday Creator) are sold until November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST, UTC-7). After that, promotional plans are no longer sold. Everything bought before the deadline keeps the terms on this page.

10. Cancellations and refunds

  • Lifetime plans: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no webinar has been generated on your account.
  • Monthly plans: cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Each monthly payment covers its own period and is not refunded part-way.
  • Where the law of your country gives you further rights, those rights apply.

The full policy, including how to ask for a refund and how long it takes, is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Failed payments and chargebacks

  • If a renewal payment fails, we and our processor may retry it and email you. Access may pause until the payment succeeds or you update your card.
  • Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are resolved faster that way. If a charge is disputed, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open, and we may restore access once it is resolved in our favour or the amount is paid.

12. The $15,000 stated value

The $15,000 stated value shown with the Founder Club offer is the lifetime value of the Visionary plan: the studio with hosting. We substantiate it as 30 months of Visionary at the standard price of $499/month, which is $14,970, rounded to $15,000.

It is a reference for comparing the offer. It is not a former sale price and not a forecast of results or earnings.

13. Selling through Webinars.to and revenue share

Selling your own products through your Webinars.to sales page and checkout is rolling out, target January 31, 2027. On sales made that way:

  • 90% to you when you bring the buyer (self-sourced sales).
  • 70% to you when the buyer comes through the Webinars.to marketplace.

Your share applies before payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks and any adjustments agreed with you. When you sell, you are the seller of your product: you are responsible for describing it accurately, delivering it, supporting your buyers, honouring your own refund terms and handling taxes on your sales. Seller terms, payout timing and reporting are shown in your account when the feature is live.

14. Your content and what you can download

You keep ownership of the material you bring to Webinars.to (your website text, documents, scripts, images, recordings and other uploads) and of the finished webinars and ads you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, render, display and stream that material only as needed to provide the Service to you and to keep it secure. The licence ends when you delete the material or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or where the law requires us to keep them.

  • Downloads. You can download the files you uploaded and the finished video (MP4) of what you create. Working files the Service generates along the way (scripts, slide images, audio, presenter takes, project files and data files) are available inside the studio for editing and are not offered as downloads.
  • Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload and publish, and that your webinars and pages comply with the law and these Terms.

15. Your audience's data

When people register for, watch or buy from your webinars, you are responsible for that relationship and for having a lawful basis to contact them. For their personal data, you act as the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the Service, as our Privacy Policy explains. Send marketing only to people who agreed to receive it, include an unsubscribe option, and honour opt-outs.

16. AI presenters, voices and generated content

  • Presenters and voices in Webinars.to webinars are AI-generated. Present them honestly to your audience as AI, and keep any AI disclosure we add.
  • You may create a presenter or voice that resembles a real person only with that person's written consent, and you keep that consent on file and provide it to us on request.
  • The studio asks you to approve the facts and claims a webinar uses and flags unsupported numbers, testimonials and deadlines. You remain responsible for what you approve and publish, including compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws.
  • As between you and us, you may use the content generated for you for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. Similar content may be generated for other customers.

17. Acceptable use

Use Webinars.to for honest, lawful business. You agree not to use the Service to create, host or send:

  • false or misleading claims, including invented results, earnings, testimonials, scarcity or deadlines;
  • impersonation of a real person or organisation, or a likeness or voice used without consent;
  • content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit content, and anything that sexualises or endangers children;
  • financial, medical or legal claims that are unsubstantiated or that a regulator requires a licence to make;
  • spam, phishing, malware, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

You also agree not to probe, scan or test the security of the Service, interfere with it, access it by automated means beyond the features we provide, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to build a competing product or to train AI models.

19. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, methods, scoring and the Webinars.to name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

20. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, email delivery and AI model providers. Their part of the Service is provided under their own terms. Links to third-party sites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

21. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • If we close your account for a serious breach of these Terms, no refund is due for the period already paid. If we close it for any other reason, we refund any prepaid amount for service not yet provided, including a fair share of a lifetime plan.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including payment obligations, licences you gave us for backups, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and disputes) continue to apply.

22. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

We do not promise results. Webinars and ads can help you sell, but sales, registrations, revenue and earnings depend on your offer, audience, effort and many factors outside our control. Nothing on Webinars.to is a guarantee or forecast of results.

23. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our suppliers are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US $100.

Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

24. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Webinars.to and its officers, employees and suppliers against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your content, your webinars, pages, products and offers, your dealings with your audience and buyers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

25. Governing law and disputes

  • Talk to us first. Before starting a formal claim, write to hello@webinars.to describing the issue and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  • Where. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
  • Individual claims. To the extent the law allows, claims are brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. Offer terms for a plan you already bought stay as they were when you bought it.

27. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any terms shown at checkout are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices and communications. We send notices to the email address on your account. You agree to receive service and billing messages electronically; marketing messages include an unsubscribe link.

28. Contact
